Iron Oath Custom Order and Pricing Policies

Setup Fees, Mockups & Design Fees

We apply a $40 setup fee per design on all bulk orders, which includes one hour of design labor. Additional hours are billed at $40 per hour.   

Complex Design Fees start at $65 and then billed at hourly rate. 

Custom Orders and Quotes

We welcome custom requests and provide a personalized quote for each order. Please feel free to reach out with your ideas; we’re equipped to handle a wide range of customizations.

Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes will be applied based on location of sale.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns of product is not accepted after its finalized.  Customers provided a final proof to approved before final printing is completed.  By giving final approval, the customer takes liability for the product printed as is.  

Down Payments

A 40% down payment is required to initiate your custom order. Once the design is accepted and processed, this deposit is non‑refundable.

Iron Oath QR Code Policy

Iron Oath does not create or generate QR codes. Customers must provide their own QR code if they want one included on any print or engraved item. By submitting a QR code, the customer accepts full responsibility for its accuracy, functionality, and expiration status. Iron Oath is not liable for any QR code that is expired, incorrect, or becomes non‑functional at any point after the customer approves the final design. Iron Oath verifies that the provided QR code scans at the time of printing. This verification does not transfer responsibility for the code’s long‑term functionality. No refunds will be issued for prints or cards containing QR codes that later expire or stop functioning, as the customer is solely responsible for the QR code they provide.

Artwork and Image Usage Policy

By submitting images, artwork, logos, or other graphics for engraving or printing, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to use those materials. You also grant Iron Oath Engraving permission to photograph, display, and use images of the finished products for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials.  Iron Oath Engraving is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of submitted artwork.
