Military, Teacher & First Responder Discount
We proudly offer a 10% year-round discount to military members, teachers, and first responders.
Setup, Mockups & Design
Bulk custom orders are subject to a $30 setup fee per design, which includes the first hour of design work.
Additional design time is billed at $30 per hour.
Complex custom artwork and design projects may begin at $55, with additional design time billed as needed.

Deposits
A 40% deposit is required to begin a custom order and secure materials.
Deposits become non-refundable once the setup, mockup, or design has been approved and materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Proof Approval & Custom Product Returns
Customers will receive a final proof for approval before production begins.
Because each product is made specifically for the customer, customized products cannot be returned once an approved design has entered production.
Please carefully review all names, phone numbers, email addresses, spelling, artwork, placement, and other details before approving your proof. Your approval confirms that the design is ready for production as shown.
QR Codes
Iron Oath Engraving Co. does not create or generate customer QR codes. Customers must provide the QR code they would like included in their design.
We will verify that the supplied QR code scans at the time of production. However, the customer remains responsible for its destination, accuracy, functionality, and expiration.
Iron Oath Engraving Co. cannot guarantee the continued functionality of third-party QR codes after production and cannot issue refunds if a customer-supplied QR code later expires, changes, or becomes inactive.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, or other materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use them.
Iron Oath Engraving Co. is not responsible for independently verifying ownership, copyright, trademarks, or licensing for customer-supplied artwork.
Unless otherwise requested, Iron Oath Engraving Co. may photograph completed products and use those images to showcase our work on our website, social media, portfolio, and other marketing materials.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added based on the location of the sale and relevant tax requirements.
